Go With the Flow  was founded in 2007 in Southport and developed to comprises of three adult art group that ran regularly in the  Sefton locations of Southport, Bootle and Formby.

In 2018 Go with the Flow Southport discontinued, with the Bootle and Formby groups continuing. Formby group is self led as Freeflow Formby – for more information please contact via their facebook page.

These weekly sessions are aimed at all ages and abilities and provide space, time to support a range of creative disciplines including drawing, painting and sculpting, along side other arts and craft activities.

With a firm belief in the value of creativity to help support wellbeing, Go with the Flow works within the premise that everyone is born creative and encourages creative exploration and personal engagement with the arts.

Go with the Flow Southport, Bootle and Formby currently have work exhibited in the concourse of the Eco Center, Esplanade, Southport.
